Abigail Rich antique needlework sampler, Ware, Massachusetts dated 1829 Abigail at aged 13, wrought this family record sampler with a suprisingly complex border and a general memorial to all the family members mentioned on the register. It includes her father and first wife and their four children, his second marriage and their four children. Abigail, the maker, was the second youngest and named after her father's first wife.
