ALINDA FISTER Kutztown, PA dated 1843 Alinda worked this extremely graphic sampler at age 15 while attending Elizabeth Mason's School in Kutztown, PA. She was the only girl and the oldest of 5 children born to David Fister and Mary Sharadin. She married William Bensinger at around age 20 and had 5 children. She died at age 79 and is buried in Tamaqua, Schuylkill County, PA Wool on linen; 32" x 32 ¾" with original frame.
