Price family memorial Worked by Fanny Price Falmouth, MA c.1805 This graphic and charming silk embroidered memorial was stitched by Frances (Fanny) Price at aged 15 while attending school. It depicts a monument with 5 urns honoring her deceased siblings. The standing young lady that no doubt represents tearful Fanny is flanked with trees and estates. Note the three houses in the background that are barely visible. It is inscribed: In Memory of the Children of Lot and Susanna Price.
