Cute little early ninteeenth century house sampler worked by eight year old Louisa Mari Willmot, depicting an
unusual red house with smoke eminating from both chimneys, a well-shed topped with a weather vane and associated
fences.
Louisa included an excerp from a poem titled Aspirations of Youth by James F. Montgomery, a late 18th century poet
